Nanshan District is the first choice for many internationally renowned brands to expand into Shenzhen, and even the entire domestic market. Big data from winshang.com showed that 170 first stores were opened in Shenzhen in the first half of the year, 75 of which were located in Nanshan District, accounting for 44% of the total and ranking first among all districts in the city.

Shenzhen attracted international brands, including KEEN, Hourglass, Descente Kids, GUCCI KIDS, and Jo Malone London, to set up 27 first stores in the first half of the year. Among these, 13 shops from the United States, South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Singapore, and other countries settled in Nanshan.

The fourth national and first Shenzhen LV summer limited-time space made its debut at Shenzhen Bay Mixc Shopping Mall last Monday (July 29). The blue giant box maximized the summer vibe!

Nanshan also has 42 fresh restaurants. Jiushiye, a specialized matcha ice cream shop, sparked a flurry of social media check-ins upon its opening. Following the launch of its Southern China flagship store at Shenzhen Bay MixC, the chic Yulian Tea House swiftly expanded to multiple locations across the city. Additionally, Cosmetique Dr. Madeleine, launched by a senior original team from South Korea, chose Nanshan Coast City for its first entry into Southern China.

Nanshan has established 13 bustling commercial circles, leading the pack in terms of the number of circles in Shenzhen. On July 5, MIXTURE, an innovative brand nestled within the High-Tech Park commercial hub, inaugurated the "MIXTURE SPORTS CLUB" sports club event. This event marked the debut of eight fashionable sports brands and several brand pop-up stores in Shenzhen, offering a distinctive and trendy experience to the city.

Nanshan boasts a number of benchmark commercial projects and provides financial support to these first stores. Its first-store economy injects robust consumer energy into the market.
