GBA's Youth Music Week rings out

The 5th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Music Week officially commenced in Zhuhai on July 19, gathering musicians, music industry professionals, and representatives of music institutions from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.

This year's selection of Music Week will run from July to December across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), featuring categories such as piano, traditional Chinese music, orchestral music, and vocal performance.

An online registration section for overseas participants is available through the official app, inviting enthusiastic participation from overseas Chinese and foreign youth. Furthermore, focusing on the theme of the 25th anniversary of Macao's Return to the motherland, the event will also organize meet-and-greets with renowned musicians, music exchanges between GBA youth, study tours, concerts, and music education lectures.

Over the past four editions, nearly 20,000 young participants have joined the Music Week. An album of outstanding works from previous years was released during the opening ceremony, and the album is also available on various music platforms like QQ Music and Apple Music, reaching audiences both domestically and internationally.
