Good news for air travelers in Guangzhou! On October 10, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport City Terminal Pazhou officially opened to facilitate passengers for the coming Canton Fair.
The Pazhou City Terminal is located at Shangri-La Hotel, No.1 Huizhan East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou. It is only 500 meters away from Pazhou Exhibition Center and 35 kilometers away from Baiyun Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Metro Line 8.
In the Terminal, passengers can get convenient flight information inquiries, domestic and international ticket purchases, check-in procedures, airport shuttles, accessible boarding VIP services, etc. Moreover, they can enjoy benefits such as hotel reservations, car rentals, cultural and travel inquiries.
The business hours of the Pazhou City Terminal are from 08:00-20:00. Buses to Baiyun Airport depart every 5-10 minutes during the peak period and 45-50 minutes during off-peak periods. In the future, the Terminal will adjust the business hours and departure schedules according to actual passenger flows.
It is worth mentioning that the Terminal can also provide convenient luggage service. After checking luggage for domestic flights at the Pazhou city terminal, passengers can wait for their luggage at the destination airport. The staff will be in charge of delivering luggage from the Terminal to the destination. At present, 17 city terminals can provide this service.
Baiyun Airport has 32 city terminals, covering 14 cities such as Guangzhou, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Huizhou, etc., forming a ground and air space with Baiyun Airport as the center and radiating the entire Pearl River Delta region.

Services passengers can enjoy in the Pazhou Terminal:
● flight inquiry and ticket purchasing, changes and refunds;
● check-in services for domestic flights;
● shuttle buses from Pazhou City Terminal to Baiyun International Airport (from 08:00-20:00, departing every 5-10 min for peak periods and 40-45min for off-peak periods)
● Interline baggage services (After passengers check their luggage for domestic flights at the city terminal, they would not worry about the follow-up procedures.)
● Shops, restaurants, and local cultural experience information in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
● Services including hotel reservations, car rentals, cultural and travel inquiries
