Businesses of commerce, culture, and tourism are encouraged to partner with financial and payment institutions to issue coupons in the form of QR codes, mini programs, apps, etc.

The measures also put forward a suggestion to have more sales promotional activities.It will hold a variety of shopping festivals covering automobile, catering, home appliances, beauty and other sectors.
Automobile consumption takes an important part in the new measures. For instance, the restrictions on the licensing indicators of Guangzhou and Shenzhen vehicles will be gradually relaxed to raise purchases.
In addition, it is encouraged to purchase more energy-saving vehicles and new energy vehicles.From 2021 to 2022, the quota for energy-saving vehicles in Guangzhou will be increased to 80,000 while the requirement to purchase new energy vehicles in Shenzhen will be relaxed, such as to cancel the social security requirement.
The catering industry will also gain a lot of support from the measures.Catering merchants are encouraged to extend business hours and it will increase guarantees for night-time consumption such as to set up more traffic lines at night.
And catering enterprises are proposed to build an integrated platform with cultural & tourism industries by taking advantage of digital marketing, to bring new experiences for customers.
As for the consumption in culture and tourism sectors, It is proposed to strengthen the construction of culture and tourism platforms in the province. It is encouraged to hold themed activities of night culture and tourism consumption.It will promote the extension of the opening hours of museums and art galleries, and encourage eligible tourist attractions to carry out night tour services.
